Right of Withdrawal Notice

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and without prejudice to the exclusions set out in Article 59 of the same code, it is hereby specified that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) orders of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
b) orders of Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. meat products; agricultural, fishery and pre-packaged food products with a very short shelf life);
c) orders of sealed Products which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection.

With reference to the above-mentioned exclusions, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that all food products fall under the category of goods “liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly”, as their characteristics and quality may be altered also as a result of improper storage.

In all other cases, the Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the day on which the Customer or a third party acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Longevity Village Srl of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement through one of the following methods:

The Customer may use the standard withdrawal form provided in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005:

“I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract of sale of the following goods: [insert description of products], ordered on ______ (or received on ______)
• Name, surname, address of the Customer
• Order number
• Signature of the Customer (only if this form is notified on paper)
• Date”

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.

By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer will receive a refund of payments made to Longevity Village Srl without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which Longevity Village Srl is informed of the withdrawal decision. Longevity Village Srl may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.

In case of total or partial return, the refund corresponds to the amount actually paid for the returned Products, excluding delivery costs.

The Customer must return the goods to:
33100 Udine, via G. Muratti n. 7, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the communication of withdrawal.

Products must not have been opened, damaged or deteriorated and must be returned in their original condition, packaging, accessories, instructions, labels and protective materials. If the product has been opened or altered, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return.

The Seller is not responsible for products returned by mistake or for items left in returned packages.

If a free gift or sample was received, it must also be returned. Failure to return such items may result in a deduction from the refund equal to their value.

The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the Customer. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

Longevity Village Srl is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

All risks related to return shipping are borne by the Customer unless proof of shipment is provided.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene or health reasons and for personalized products.

If the withdrawal is not exercised in compliance with applicable law and these conditions, it will not result in contract termination or any refund.
