The process
Both spaghetti and penne are stone-milled, slowly dried, and crafted using traditional artisanal methods.
The supply chain
A short supply chain ensures freshness, traceability, and sustainability: within less than ten kilometers are the wheat fields, the mill, and the pasta factory.
